Cancelation/No-show 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We appreciate your understanding that providing sufficient notice allows us to offer that time to another client. While we currently do not impose a cancellation fee, consistently late cancellations or missed appointments may lead to a restriction on future bookings at our discretion. We value your business and aim to accommodate all clients fairly.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Juniper Valley Massage and Spa LLC is dedicated to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for all clients and massage therapists. Both parties are expected to conduct themselves in a manner free from exploitative, suggestive, or provocative actions or words.

Expected Behavior

Professional Conduct: Clients and massage therapists must behave professionally at all times.

Respectful Communication: All communication should be respectful and appropriate.

Personal Boundaries: Respect personal boundaries and consent in all interactions.

Prohibited Conduct

Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests, or remarks are strictly prohibited.

Verbal or Physical Harassment: Any form of verbal abuse, offensive remarks, or unwelcome physical contact is not tolerated.

Reporting and Action:

Report any violations of this policy to the police and/or the Missouri state massage board. Reports will be handled promptly and confidentially. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of services and blocking from future bookings.
