I want you to get the care you deserve.

Before entering into the world of massage therapy my journey began in the fast-paced world of retail, where I honed my customer service skills and developed a deep understanding of the physical toll that certain occupations can take on the body.
Transitioning from the hustle of retail, I embraced the open road as a truck driver. This experience not only provided me with a profound appreciation for the importance of self-care but also gave me firsthand knowledge of the physical challenges that long hours on the road can present.
Life took an exciting turn when I became a new mom in March of 2023, adding another layer to my understanding of the body's resilience and the importance of holistic well-being. This transformative experience fueled my passion for helping others achieve balance and relaxation in their lives.
Now, as a massage therapist, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, blending my diverse background with my professional training. I specialize in tailoring therapeutic massages to address the specific needs of each individual, drawing on my personal and professional experiences to create a customized and nurturing healing environment.
Whether you're seeking relief from the stresses of everyday life, looking to address specific muscular issues, or simply in need of a rejuvenating escape, I am here to provide a personalized and soothing massage experience. My mission is to promote wellness and relaxation, helping you achieve a sense of harmony and balance in both body and mind.
my massage style
My massage style has change over the years and will continue to do so as I gain experience and expertise. But a few things remain the same. First, I am very big on consent. If you have any area that you are not comfortable with me touching, like your feet, glutes, or scalp or any other area I will avoid that area with no explanation needed. Secondly, I will never care if you have hair on any part of your body. So, if your legs are hairy, put your mind at ease I probably won’t even notice. Third, I understand that many people come to get a massage to relax and not to have a conversation. So, I tend to let any conversation be client initiated and client lead. Next, your comfort is very important to me, if you need more or less pressure or temperature changes, I will always do my best to accommodate. Lastly, I always have a bottle of eucalyptus essential oil to help open your sinuses and help you breathe easier while on the massage table. I tend to offer it when clients are either sniffling or sound congested but if you feel you need any at any point in the massage, just ask.
