I'm a dedicated and compassionate massage therapist with a diverse background that has shaped my unique approach to wellness. From retail and warehouse work to driving a semi on the open road, and now as a new mom, I’ve done a bit of it all. Having experienced these challenges firsthand, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, offering not only skilled therapeutic techniques but also genuine empathy for the stresses and strains that can accumulate in the body. My goal is to create a space where you can unwind, release tension, and embark on your own journey to wellness.
